A Comparative Study on the Intestinal Microbiota of Three Crane Species under Rescue Conditions

Against the backdrop of severe challenges in wildlife conservation, cranes, as key conservation targets, have their intestinal microbiota research hold significant importance for conservation efforts. The 16S rRNA sequencing technology offers a powerful technical means to gain a deeper understanding of the changes in the intestinal microbiota of cranes under rescue conditions. This study aims to analyze the intestinal microbiota of three crane species under rescue conditions through this technology, providing a scientific basis for the conservation and rescue of cranes.
