Gas-Exchange Traits of Barley Lines with Altered Stomatal Conductance and Ozone Sensitivity in the Czech Republic (2026)

Field trials were conducted at the Usovsko Mohelnice farm in 2026. Plants were sown on 8 April 2026. The following barley lines were grown: the ost1 mutant, with increased stomatal conductance; the ht1 mutant, with altered CO₂ signalling; and the sheer mutant, with enhanced ozone sensitivity. Gas-exchange traits were measured using the custom-made portable gas-exchange device Karal from May to June 2026.
