In this project, we are going to estalibsh developmental transcriptome of an appendicularian, Oikopleura dioica. RNA-seq was carried out at 13 different developmental stages of embryos and also pre-spawning males and females. These results provide valuable resources for unraveling gene regulatory networks underling embryonic development and morphogenesis.
