The experimental data encompasses the South China Sea and its adjacent waters. The SST product is taken from NOAA\u2019s Optimum Interpolation SST (OISST) version 2.1 dataset. The SLA product is sourced from the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S). The SSW product is derived from the Cross-Calibrated Multi-Platform (CCMP) Version 2.0 dataset. The ocean interior parameters used as targets for model development and evaluation are obtained from the CMEMS reanalysis.
