中科光启综合利用“卫星、物联网、大数据、人工智能”等技术，构建“全领域、全天候、全天时、全要素、全尺度、可视化”的森林防火空天地一体化监测预警平台。 针对森林防火“森林火灾、干 旱、自然灾害、沙尘暴”等灾害，提供卫星遥感监测预警。实现灾害应急数据 采集、灾害现场应急数据处理等工作。定期更新最新灾害预警信息与灾害防控指导，包括减灾专题、火灾防治专题、监督管理、北斗移动应急管理系统、灾害一张图、全要素智能搜索等功能，提升灾害监测预警和调控能力。

Zhongke Guangqi comprehensively employs technologies including satellites, Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and artificial intelligence to construct an air-space-ground integrated monitoring and early warning platform for forest fire prevention, which features full-domain coverage, all-weather, all-time, all-element, full-scale, and visualization. The platform provides satellite remote sensing monitoring and early warning services for disasters relevant to forest fire prevention, such as forest fires, droughts, natural disasters, and sandstorms. It fulfills core tasks including emergency data collection for disasters and on-site emergency data processing at disaster locations. It regularly updates the latest disaster early warning information and disaster prevention and control guidance, with built-in functions such as thematic content on disaster reduction, thematic content on fire prevention, supervision and management, Beidou Mobile Emergency Management System, one-map for disaster management, and all-element intelligent search, thereby strengthening the capabilities of disaster monitoring, early warning, and regulation and control.
