The data and code of "Stabilisation of Acidification in China’s Cropland Soils"

This repository contains the main code and source data used in the analysis and modeling for our paper, "Stabilisation of Acidification in China’s Cropland Soils", submitted to Nature Geoscience. The primary objective of this project is to predict and analyze changes in soil pH using a random forest regression model, driven by various natural and socio-economic factors. The repository includes scripts for sample generation, model training, prediction, and Monte Carlo simulation.本代码仓库包含了我们已投稿至《自然·地球科学》（Nature Geoscience）的论文《中国农田土壤酸化的稳定化》分析与建模工作所用的核心代码与源数据集。本项目的核心目标为，以各类自然与社会经济因子为驱动因素，采用随机森林回归模型（random forest regression model）对土壤pH值的变化开展预测与分析。本仓库涵盖了样本生成、模型训练、预测及蒙特卡洛模拟（Monte Carlo simulation）相关的脚本文件。
