This series consists of one volume which contains the minutes from meeting #44 to #52 (3/8/1914 - 2/8/1915), as well as the minutes from the annual general meeting of the Society (26/9/1914).The minutes from the annual general meeting lists the names of those members present and apologies from those not present at the meeting, various motions put forward, seconded, and carried, presentation of the annual report/balance sheet (copy of which is included in the register), and the signature of the President at close of meeting.The minutes of the meetings of the Executive Committee lists names of those present at the meeting, apologies from those absent, confirmation of the minutes from the previous meeting, various motions put forward, seconded, and carried, any correspondence received, date of next meeting, and signature of President at the close of meeting.Most of the business undertaken by the committee involved approving subsidies for the purchase of school equipment.
