The algorithmic rules for the IP dataset of the pharmaceutical industry in Hangzhou Qiantang District include the following aspects: 1. Data Collection: Collect the quantities of invention patents, utility model patents and design patents of enterprises via third-party IP retrieval platforms, based on information such as the region, IPC classification numbers of patents and patent titles. 2. Data Processing: Process the collected raw data by removing duplicate and incomplete records, and conduct data cleaning and classification. 3. Data Calculation: Calculate the total number of IP assets X related to the regional pharmaceutical industry, as well as the quantities of various types of patents. The proportion of patents in the total IP assets X is calculated as (number of patents)/X, the proportion of trademarks as (number of trademarks)/X, and the proportion of copyrights as (number of copyrights)/X. Data Application: According to the proportion ranges of various types of IP assets, provide IP strategy formulation and application guidance for enterprises of different scales, and assist in the rational layout of patents.
