Identification of Elements in Legal Judgement Documents for Argumentation

This dataset is a specialized resource for identifying argumentative elements in civil judgment documents. The original data is selected from the self judgment document website, covering multiple common types of civil disputes, including civil loan disputes, motor vehicle traffic accident liability disputes, divorce disputes, labor disputes, and sales contract disputes. These cases were carefully selected by experienced legal professionals and accurately annotated to ensure the reliability and practicality of the data. The original data is organized in a compressed file and divided into three independent files, representing the plaintiff, defendant, and court. Each file follows a consistent format specification and is divided into two columns: the first column is "text" and the second column is "label", corresponding to the category of argumentative elements in the text. Special statement: Although this dataset has been privatized, there may still be some privacy information that has not been fully processed. If there is any infringement, please contact us to delete the corresponding data. In addition, we will also try our best to synchronously delete the documents that have already been removed from the judgment documents. If there is any data deletion, no further notice will be given.
