Full cohort: 294 patients hospitalized at the John Paul II Geriatric Hospital in Katowice between 2015 and 2019 as part of a comprehensive geriatric evaluation Cohort subgroup: Control (C) (n=94), Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) (n=150), Dementia (D) (n=36) Sociodemographic data: Age, Sex, Education Biochemical data: Sodium, Potassium, Creatinine, Hemoglobin, C-reactive protein, Vitamins D and B12, Uric acid, Glycated hemoglobin, Thyrotropic hormone Comorbidities: Hypertension, Diabetes type 2, History of myocardial infarction, Atrial fibrillation, Stroke, Generalized atherosclerosis, (1-disease present, 0-no disease) Functional scales data: ADL (Activities of Daily Living), IADL (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living), Berg scale (test of static and dynamic human balance abilities) * Cognitive screening data: MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination), MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment), CDT (Clock Drawing Test).
