A sampling inspection was conducted on commercially available kiwifruits, with the detection parameter being the pyraclostrobin content, which is a critical indicator of their food safety, to provide factual basis for the quality analysis and evaluation of kiwifruits. For data collection, finished citrus products were sampled, and their pyraclostrobin content was detected. The judgment criteria are as follows: a finished product is deemed qualified if the measured pyraclostrobin content is no more than 5 mg/kg. The formula w = (ρ × V)/m is applied, where w represents the total pyraclostrobin content in the sample (unit: mg/kg); ρ is the mass concentration of the analyte in the test solution (unit: mg/L); V is the volume of the extraction solution (unit: mL); and m is the mass of the sample (unit: g).
