This dataset, Taiwan Mandarin Mobile-collected Guided Speech Dataset, is compiled by 203 local Taiwanese residents, covering regions including Taipei, Kaohsiung, Taichung, Tainan and other areas. There are 137 female participants and 66 male participants among the contributors. The audio recordings were made in a quiet indoor environment with no echoes. This dataset can be applied to speech recognition, machine translation, speaker recognition model training and algorithm research.
