Targeted metabolite data in seawater and in Diluted Chemically Enhanced Water-Accommodated Fraction (DCEWAF) of Oil for LTOPOS a Long Term Oil and Particle Oxidation Study (Mesocosom 7)

Mesocosm experiments were performed with seawater collected from Galveston Bay, Texas. Targeted polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) metabolites were measured in filtered samples from two treatments: 1) control (seawater) and 2) Diluted Chemically Enhanced Water-Accommodated Fraction (DCEWAF) of crude oil. The extracted samples were analyzed on high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
