Genome sequencing and assembly of two M. indica cultivars and one wild relative (M. laurina)

This project aims to sequence and assemble high-quality genomes of two Mangifera indica cultivars; Irwin and Kensington Pride; and a wild relative (M.laurina). The results will provide genetic resources for mango and identify the traits important for mango breeding.
