中医临床诊疗方案模型（传染病科）数据集

本数据集包括中医传染病科若干种常见病的病种临床表现辨别依据、中医分型临床表现辨别依据、中医治则治法、中医处方、医嘱等数据组成，数据主要以“病种”为归纳对象，通过参考国家颁布的临床诊疗指南、国家中医学相关教科书，以及从若干份真实临床病例数据中提取共性临床表现，按数理统计规则进行处理，形成本数据集，可用于中医传染病科临床过程中帮助医生提取对应的一般性诊疗预案，加快医生效率，降低误诊率。

This dataset comprises data covering the bases for distinguishing clinical manifestations of several common infectious diseases in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the bases for differentiating clinical manifestations corresponding to TCM syndrome differentiation patterns, TCM therapeutic principles and methods, TCM herbal prescriptions, medical orders, and other related content. The data is primarily categorized by individual disease entities. Developed by referencing national clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines, official TCM textbooks, extracting common clinical manifestations from a collection of real clinical case data, and processing the acquired data in accordance with mathematical and statistical rules, this dataset can be utilized in the clinical workflow of TCM infectious diseases departments to assist clinicians in retrieving corresponding general diagnosis and treatment plans, improving clinical efficiency, and reducing the misdiagnosis rate.
