Table S2
收藏资源简介:
Table S2. Raw peak intensity of 720 total lipid molecules identified at 16h and 48h time points for SARS-CoV-2 infected and Niclosamide (NIC) treated conditions. It is common in lipidomics to have isomeric identification due to the inability of chromatography to separate out all isomers detected. A ‘1’ in the name of the lipid means that MS/MS data was able to identify down to the fatty acyl chains, while a ‘2’ means that all ion fragmentation (AIF) was used for identification, and a ‘3’ means that only fragmentation associated with the head group was available for identification. Legend Lipid Molecule Identity of lipid molecule(s), see above for description of level of identification Polarity mode Positive or negative polarity of molecule identified m/z Mass-to-charge ratio of molecule identified Retention Time (RT) Retention time of molecule eluting from column Lipid Class Class of lipid(s) identified Adduct_At_Max_Intensity Adduct observed for species identified Peak area Total area under the curve for a given m/z value, for each individual biological replicate, and the pool of 3 bio-reps from the same condition
