A systematic review of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) drug and vaccine escape mutations in Africa

We have undertaken a systematic review of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) drug resistance associated mutations (RAMs) and vaccine escape mutations (VEMs) in Africa to quantify the prevalence, co-occurrence and geographic distribution of known mutations.
