资源简介:

This dataset contains the processed data used to generate the main and supplementary figures for the manuscript “Continuous contributions of the dorsolateral striatum to movement initiation and execution.” The study examined how dorsolateral striatum (DLS) activity contributes to well-learned forelimb and whole-body movements in rats performing a simple reaction-time lever-release task. The shared data include processed behavioral, kinematic, optogenetic perturbation, and electrophysiological datasets associated with the analyses reported in the manuscript. These data support figures examining DLS neural activity during task performance, kinematic encoding of DLS spikes, closed-loop optogenetic inhibition during lever approach, forepaw lifting, tone-triggered lever release, and reward retrieval, control experiments, DMS comparison experiments, and substantia nigra pars reticulata (SNr) recordings during DLS photoinhibition. The files are organized by figure or analysis module. They include processed data tables and intermediate analysis outputs sufficient to reproduce the plotted results and statistical summaries in the manuscript.
