资源简介:
Data on body size (SVL), fluctuating asymmetry (CFA), and stable isotopes (δ15N, δ13C) from museum specimens (n=158) of the European Common Frog, Rana temporaria, all originating from the Berlin-Brandenburg area, Germany, and related land-use variables (QGIS; 1km buffer) in order to test: (i) if specimens have changed over the last 150 years (1868-2018), and (ii) if changes could be attributed to increasing urbanization and agricultural intensity. SVL was measured with a digital caliper. For CFA calculations, measurements of femora, tibio-fibulae, humeri, and radio-ulnae were taken from µCT-volumetric reconstructions (Phoenix|X-ray nanotom). For determining stable isotopes, thigh muscle tissue from the samples was dried and analyzed with a isotope ratio mass spectrometer (THERMO/Finnigan MAT V).
