Zonation of pancreatic acinar cells in diabetic mice

We sequenced AR42J cell exposed to CCK or insulin in different concentrations. This enable us to uncover the possible effect of the different hormones on acinar cells in pathlogy.我们对暴露于不同浓度胆囊收缩素（Cholecystokinin, CCK）或胰岛素的AR42J细胞进行了测序。借此得以揭示不同激素对胰腺腺泡细胞的潜在病理效应。
