This study was conducted in Amapa National Forest, in a PPBio grid of 25 km². Aimed to understand the relationship between environmental variables and fauna of medium and large vertebrates. The survey of fauna was performed by 15 camera traps distributed in 30 points in the east-west trails grid. The traps remained installed for 30 days in the dry season and 30 in the rainy season, running 24 hours a day. The total sampling effort was 1800 traps-day.
