Coordinate of each SNP is based on NCBI build 36. SNPs that showed association with SLE (P<0.05 before correction) in either EA or AA are listed in this table. If an allelic P value remained significant after Bonferroni correction, it is highlighted as bold and italic. For SNPs that failed in HWE test, the allelic P value is marked by “*”. For SNPs that were not used in conditional analysis, the conditional P value is denoted as “-”. SNPs that did not show association with SLE are listed in Table S1.
