Samples were collected from 1-year-old canes grown on symptomatic (S, AS and AA) and asymptomatic (A) 2-year-old arms of Flavescence dorée infected 'Tocai friulano' plants in September (2021) and November (2020 and 2021), and from healthy plants (H) in November (2020). Significant differences (P ≤ 0.05) among treatments are indicated by different letters, according to parametric one-way ANOVA using Student Newman Keuls test.
