This repository provides the processed data generated for the study “Global potential and regional disparities in curbing antimicrobial use through dietary shifts”. The model used in this study is based on the open-source MAgPIE (Model of Agricultural Production and its Impact on the Environment) model developed by Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK). Custom scripts used to run the simulations are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
