1.raw/: Output files from LIGGGHTS. raw/<number>mm: Intruder information from intruder cases. The filenames (eg. 3mm) indicate the intruder diameter sizes.raw/background: Granular column particles information.raw/force_chain: Force chain information used to calculate pressure and shear stress in the granular column. 2.postProcess/: Postprocessed partice information. postProcess/background information: The volume fraction, velocity, shear rate, pressure, shear stress and inertial number of the granluar column.postProcess/trajectory: The trajectories of intruder particles form all cases.postProcess/checkpoint: The checkpoint height (1st column) and the time intruder passing it (2nd column) from all cases.postProcess/IntruderVelocity: The velocity of intruder particels from all cases.postProcess/mixtureCases: Center of mass and components concentration information in 3 mixture cases (M1-M3). 3.plottingCode/: The python script used for the figure plotting. The filenames (eg. 1.py) stand for the figure number in the manuscript.
