Pooled mRNA of ten Oryza sativa cultivars were sequenced on the PacBio Sequel I platform and mapped with minimap2 against the respective genome sequence (indica - R498, japonica - Nipponbare, aus - N22) and collapsed with TAMA. To include cultivar-specific transcripts, unmapped transcripts were additionally collapsed with cogent. Available are the fasta as well as the gtf files.
