锰冶金渣无害化堆存技术其主研方向为电解锰渣中重金属和氨氮无害化处理研究及渣场堆存电解锰渣污染控制技术研究。主要介绍了不同种类固废(灼烧生料/电石渣/磷石膏)协同无害化处理电解锰渣的实验结果、不同淋滤条件下锰渣中污染物迁移转化规律。数据包括电解锰渣与稳定固化剂质量比、电解锰渣颗粒粒度、反应温度、反应时间、电解锰渣浸出液中Mn2+、NH4+-N、Ca2+、Mg2+、NO3--N、NO2--N、Ni2、Ca2+、PO43-、F-等指标,数据可用于指导锰冶金行业固废的无害化处置设备的建设和应用。“锰冶金渣无害化堆存技术数据集”主要采集了2018年至2022年期间,多源固废协同无害化处置及电解锰渣堆存过程污染物释放规律研究过程中收集的处置样品44个、淋滤液样品11个,数据大小7.38MB。
The research direction of the harmless stockpiling technology for manganese metallurgical slag focuses on the harmless treatment of heavy metals and ammonia nitrogen in electrolytic manganese slag, as well as the pollution control technology for electrolytic manganese slag stockpiled in slag yards. This dataset mainly introduces the experimental results of collaborative harmless treatment of electrolytic manganese slag using different types of solid wastes (calcined raw meal/carbide slag/phosphogypsum), as well as the migration and transformation rules of pollutants in manganese slag under different leaching conditions. The data includes indicators such as the mass ratio of electrolytic manganese slag to stabilizing curing agent, particle size of electrolytic manganese slag, reaction temperature, reaction time, and concentrations of Mn²+, NH4+-N, Ca²+, Mg²+, NO3--N, NO2--N, Ni², Ca²+, PO43-, F- in the leachate of electrolytic manganese slag. This data can be used to guide the construction and application of harmless disposal equipment for solid wastes in the manganese metallurgical industry. The "Harmless Stockpiling Technology Dataset for Manganese Metallurgical Slag" mainly collects 44 disposal samples and 11 leachate samples collected during the research on collaborative harmless disposal of multi-source solid wastes and the law of pollutant release during the stockpiling of electrolytic manganese slag from 2018 to 2022, with a total data size of 7.38 MB.
