Aggressives Verhalten ist ein komplexes Thema ohne einfache Ursache-Wirkungszusammenhänge. Es kann im Zusammenhang mit Konflikten, Stress, Kontrollbedürfnis, Fehlattributionen, Reaktanz, Freiheitshaltung, Eigenständigkeit gegenüber affiliaren Banden oder Hilflosigkeit stehen. Es ist auf Klienten-, Supervisanden- und Institutionsebene zu beobachten. Der hier vorgestellte Kontextfaktor Jugendamt/Allgemeiner Sozialer Dienst stellt ein Spannungsfeld mit Aggressionspotential dar. Aggressive behavior is a complex topic without simple cause and effect relationships. It may be related to conflict, stress, need for control, misstatement, reactance, freedom, independence from affiliatory or helplessness. It can be observed at the level of clients, supervisors and institutions.
