DRW1 controls gene expression contributed to hormone pathway, photosynthesis, carbon metabolism as well as cell division and proliferation . DRW1 controls RNA m5C levels of transcripts contributed to hormone pathway, photosynthesis, carbon metabolism. Samples were collected from ZH11 and DRW1-OE grains at 3 days after pollination. Total RNA was extracted using a Plant RNA Kit (RP3302; Bioteke, Beijing, China), and high-throughput RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) was conducted using the Illumina nova6000 platform. Samples were collected from ZH11 and DRW1-OE1 seedlings at 3 weeks after germination.~300 μg total RNA was fragmentated by ZnCl2, and RNA fragments are used for m5C immunoprecipitation. High-throughput RNA-sequencing (RNA m5C IP-seq) was conducted using the Illumina nova6000 platform.
