Consumer loyalty to high street retailers online in the United Kingdom (UK) 2014

This statistic shows the results of a survey question asking consumers in the UK, if when they are loyal to a retailer on the high street, do they tend to buy from them online as well. Of the respondents, over a third said yes they tend to remain loyal to the retailer online as well as on the high street, however 17.4 percent said they do not. The remaining 44.8 percent said they do sometimes.
