Full Transcriptome Analysis Data of M1 and NP in DF-1 Cells

Description: This dataset contains the comprehensive RNA-sequencing analysis results for DF-1 cells expressing influenza viral proteins (M1 and NP). The uploaded file includes: Complete DEG Tables: All analyzed genes with their respective Fold Change (log2), raw p-values, and BH-adjusted p-values.
