It is generated using a performance test platform for servo motors and servo drives as well as an accelerated life test apparatus. The dataset mainly records observed values including torque fluctuations, overload capacity, dynamic response characteristics of servo motors and servo drives, as well as variations in performance parameters during accelerated aging processes, with a total data volume of 508 MB.
