Intercomparison of run-time bias correction methods in LMDZ v6.3 - LMDZ configuration files, output data and analysis scripts

This repository contains code, configuration files, output files, and analysis scripts used for the from the article by Champouillon et al.: "Intercomparison of run-time bias correction methods in LMDZ v6.3" Simulations.zip contains all configuration files needed to run all simulations mentionned in the paper. 0_list_simus.csv describes simulations and connect their identification names to their names in the paper. Bias-correction, boundary conditions, forcing, initial state and nudging files are available upon request to the author. DataFig.zip contains all simulations outputs required to produce figures and analysis of the paper. Codes.zip contains all scripts required to produce figures and analysis of the paper.
