Silicon neutron detector neutron spectrum calibration dataset

This dataset is a data package for the environmental measurement subsystem of the Space Radiation Biology Device, including calibration data for silicon neutron detectors, including neutron flux and neutron spectrum data. The calibration experimental data were obtained through the calibration experiment conducted at the National Institute of Metrolog, China. The radioactive source had the characteristics of stable and accurate neutron dose rate. The neutron detector was calibrated by the Am-Be neutron source moderated by heavy water and polyethylene to determine and verify the measurement range of the neutron detector.
