To assess the function of SETMAR in thyroid cancer, we performed CUT&Tag assay in control and SETMAR-Flag overexpressing CAL-62 cells. Both control cells and SETMAR-Flag overexpressing cells were reacted with H3K4me2, H3K36me2 and IgG antibodies respectively. SETMAR-Flag overexpressing cells were reacted with Flag antibodies alone.
