C48/80 induces mast cell activation via MRGPRX2 directly. Our previous study revealed that nimodipine inhibited mast cell Ca2+ influx and degranulation via Cav1.2, however, the underlying pathway is unknow. In this study, we sequenced the transcriptome level of mast cell treated with C48/80 and nimdipine.
