This dataset contains remote sensing images and their corresponding pixel-level masks for training models to detect kelp forests. To improve data accuracy and model performance, this dataset has been carefully curated to reduce noise and correct misclassification issues. In terms of scale, the local validation set contains 1128 image chips, while the test set includes 1426 image chips. The task of this dataset is to detect kelp forests within remote sensing images.
