中医验案数据库

《中医验案数据库》是由中国中医科学院中医药信息研究所科学数据研究室自主研发，数据来源于公开发表的1988年以来的中医药合法期刊文献，选取中医验案文献进行专业数据深加工，以每则验案为中心，采集了患者的疾病、证候、症状、诊疗等信息，完整记录患者初诊诊疗信息和后续诊次的症状和用药变化情况等相关内容，同时可以通过医生姓名检索到该名医的出诊时间、地点、擅长领域和治疗过的验案等。Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Verified Case Database was independently developed by the Scientific Data Research Laboratory, Institute of Chinese Medical Information, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. Its data are sourced from legally published TCM journal literature publicly available since 1988. Targeted TCM verified case literature was selected for professional deep data processing. Centering on each verified case, information including the patient's diseases, TCM syndromes, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment details is collected. It comprehensively records the initial diagnosis and treatment information of the patient, as well as relevant contents such as symptom variations and medication adjustments in subsequent follow-up visits. Additionally, users can retrieve the renowned TCM physician's consultation time, practice location, areas of expertise and treated verified cases by searching with their name.
