Validation and Cultural Adaptation of the Suicide Risk Factors Scale for Iranian Adolescents in 2022: A Cross-Sectional Study

This dataset contains the data collected from a cross-sectional study that aimed to validate and culturally adapt the Suicide Risk Factors Scale (SRFS) for Iranian adolescent girls. The SRFS is a self-report measure that assesses the frequency of various psychosocial risk factors for suicidal behaviors in adolescents. The dataset includes the responses of 1050 Iranian adolescent girls from 16 high schools in Bandar abas city, who completed the Persian version of the SRFS and the Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI) scales. The dataset also includes the results of the psychometric analyses of the SRFS, such as face validity, content validity, construct validity, and reliability. The dataset can be used to explore the suicide risk factors in Iranian adolescent girls and to compare them with other populations. The dataset can also be used to evaluate the validity and reliability of the SRFS in different contexts and cultures. The dataset is in SPSS format and consists of two files: one for the raw data and one for the psychometric analyses.
