中国医疗器械分类专利数据集

医疗器械专利数据主要面向医疗器械行业内的企业、医疗卫生机构、科研院所等从事与医疗器械产品研发、知识产权保护的从业人员。该数据集采用人工标引、机器学习、专家降噪的方式在海量中国专利数据中提取出与医疗器械相关专利，并将其与医疗器械分类目录的22大类及1600+小类一一映射，大大缩小了专利范围，方便从业人员更方便快捷、精准的找到与之相关的医疗器械相关专利，大大提高了检索效率和降低了检索门槛，更加符合医疗器械从业人员的工作性质。同时，利用大语言模型技术，对该数据集进行了AI深加工，每篇专利的发明点、解决的技术问题以及达到的有益效果都能一目了然，大大简化专利阅读，方便用户迅速抓住专利的发明要点。This medical device patent dataset is primarily intended for practitioners engaged in medical device product R&D and intellectual property protection from enterprises, medical and health institutions, research institutes and other related entities within the medical device industry. This dataset extracts medical device-related patents from massive Chinese patent data via manual indexing, machine learning and expert denoising, and maps these extracted patents one-to-one to the 22 major categories and over 1600 sub-categories in the medical device classification catalogue. This greatly narrows down the patent scope, enabling practitioners to conveniently, quickly and accurately locate relevant medical device patents, significantly improving retrieval efficiency and lowering the retrieval threshold, and better aligning with the daily work of medical device practitioners. Meanwhile, leveraging large language model (LLM) technology, the dataset has undergone AI deep processing. The inventive points, technical problems solved and beneficial effects achieved of each patent are clearly presented at a glance, greatly simplifying patent reading and allowing users to quickly grasp the core inventive points of the patents.
