Sulfur fumigation is one of the commonly used bactericidal methods in facility horticulture, which can effectively prevent white powder, downy mildew and other fungal diseases. However, sulfur fumigation can cause damage to cucumber leaves. The response mechanism of cucumber to sulfur fumigation is not clear, which hinders the application of sulfur fumigation in cucumber protected cultivation. The transcriptome data can be used to explore the stress responses of sulfur-fumigated cucumber.
