LLP Occurrence

These data were developed as part of the Longleaf Pine Ecosystem Geodatabase project (LPEGDB v.4) and represent known longleaf pine ecosystem sites in Florida. Data were derived from multiple sources. A Longleaf pine ecosystem is considered 'confirmed' where there is direct evidence for occurrence, e.g. ground-truthed observations, stand description, habitat notes from other types of survey data, etc. It is important to note that the accuracy of this information may vary. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this project is to provide data on the distribution and condition of longleaf pine ecosystems in Florida.
