Genome sequencing analysis of Plasmodium berghei mutator parasites

Illumina sequencing of P. berghei ANKA (WT), control and mutator clones We established a mutator P. berghei line where DNA polymerase delta had a defective proofreading activity and a control P. berghei line with wild-type (non-mutated) DNA polymerase delta. Illumina genome sequencing was performed to investigate accumulated mutations of them as well as of their parent strain, P. berghei ANKA.
