Data and R Script for: Parking Choice Behavior in Ecuadorian Cities — A National Stated Preference Analysis with Revealed Preference Validation and Inter-City Heterogeneity

This repository contains the dataset and analysis script associated with the study "Parking Choice Behavior in Ecuadorian Cities: A National Stated Preference Analysis with Revealed Preference Validation, Technology Adoption, and Inter-City Heterogeneity." The dataset comprises responses from 2,150 licensed drivers across 27 Ecuadorian cities, collected through an online stated preference (SP) survey with six choice scenarios, four parking alternatives, and seven attributes. The R script reproduces all analyses reported in the manuscript, including multinomial logit (MNL), mixed logit, latent class models, willingness-to-pay estimation, principal component analysis, and city-stratified sub-analyses.
