This project investigates the role of pyripyropene A, a secondary metabolite produced by the fungal pathogen Aspergillus fumigatus, in cross-kingdom interactions. Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PA14 was exposed to 10 ug/ml of pyripyropene A or a DMSO control, during exponential growth in RPMI. Cultures were harvested after 3h. RAW RNA-seq data.
