KYSE150 cells were divided into four groups with three replicates for each group, namely the control group, bufalin treatment group, radiotherapy group, bufalin combined with radiotherapy group. The control group was KYSE150 cells with no treatment. The bufalin treatment group was KYSE150 cells received 80 nM bufalin treatment for 24 h. The radiotherapy group was KYSE150 cells received 4 Gy X-ray irradiation. In the bufalin combined with radiotherapy group, KYSE150 cells were first treated with 80 nM bufalin pretreatment, and then treated with 4 Gy radiotherapy 24h later.
