Table_Mountain_merged_seqs.fq: Merged paired end 16S sequences amplified with primer pair 515f/806r. 30 soils were collected from a grassland terrace near Boulder, Colorado (105.23W, 40.12N, Table Mountain) from two pits at a depth of 25 cm within a 100m<sup>2</sup> area on 28Jan15. Samples were either bulk soil or rock associated; rock associated soil was scraped from the surface of rocks embedded in the soil profile. TableMnt_Mapping.txt: Metadata for Table Mountain merged sequences. Includes bulk soil, quartz associated soil, and aggregate associated soil.
