The Registers of applications for auctioneers’, hawkers’, coach and other licences record such information as: the number of the application, the date of hearing, the name of applicant, the country they are native to, the nature of the licence applied for, the result of the application and the signature of the Magistrate.The title given at the top of each page is: Record of applications for auctioneers, stock and station and real estate and business agents licenses, hawkers, pawnbrokers, second-hand dealers, collectors, Sunday trading and other licenses dealt with by the Bench of Magistrates or the Clerk of Petty Sessions.These registers are parts of volumes also containing memos of cases for the committals for trials, a record of cases under the First Offenders' Act, lists of furniture in the court house, and lists of the law books at the court house.
