These records reflect the activities of the Board's formative years, particularly in respect to Sections 119 and 122 of the Act. They include administration files and minute papers appointing members of the Board and the Counsellor for Equal Opportunities. There are working papers and draft reports of individual officers, submissions by the public, correspondence and copies of letters sent.
