Skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog: SPSS data

This dataset contains all SPSS mixed-model analysis used in the manuscript

The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy

Included are: 

1) SPSS data documents (holding all raw quantitaitve data) for longitudinal vastus lateralis (with and without samples with evidence of iatrogenic injury) and post-mortem muscles

2) Corresponding output documents for each specific statistical test.

3) A single .pzfx (graphpad prism) file containing all Holm-Sidak multiple comparisons correction data

4) A data key file containing a key to all variable names and sample names used in these analyses
